I have a Hilook DVR ,model DVR-208Q-K1. I was using Hilook App on my phone and since we changed the broadband supplier I am able to access at home via wi-fi but I can no longer access my cameras via Mobile data connection. I have tried and added HIK-connect App with no success. I really am struggling with some on the on-line instructions and am getting in knots. Grateful for some clear, simple help. Many Thanks
