I've set up the NVR and cameras work fine. I set up the " account holders " mobile phone to review the camera remotely no problem encountered .
The problem I've got is trying to share the cameras on the account holders husbands phone. I've installed Hik connect but it wont allow me to input any email address or p/w .
I've reset the NVR and router but no joy, any idea?
