Setting the recording retention period for a Hikvision NVR?

We have an older (B) 7604 here in the office which definitely does not have a case fan and based on what was stated in the below forum post a couple of years ago, the newer (C) model also doesn't have a case fan.

Hello, I this the third hardware revision for 7604 NVR? What i the difference between DS-7604NI-K1(B) and DS-7604NI-K1(C) ? Any new features? Or jut a minor hardware update? Thanks

Thanks for your help, you were absolutely right, the DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P doesn't have fan
Even hikvision Support and sell guys were telling me that all PoE NVRs have fan, which is wrong, got my one replace yesterday for DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P and there is not fan and it's very quiet
