Firmware The latest firmware for DS-2CD2T87G2-L ?

Hi all
do you have any idea what is the latest firmware DS-2CD2T87G2-L it is the G3 platform but I can not access the hikvision platform at the moment, precision it is the non "C" model.

Another question about this new camera I see the pixels move every 5 seconds (it looks like grain), it's very light but it causes micro cuts in the image in the movements, how to adjust it for

The latest firmware for the G3 models is v5.5.801

Let us know if the pixel issue is still there after the firmware update.

Thank you very much Dan, it seems that this firmware has reduced the grain effect although you can still see the pixels move slightly.

It's not an issue we've heard of before, it may be the way that you are describing it that is confusing us.

Can you screenshot/screen record the issue to better explain it?

Here is part of the video that shows my problem, here it is the export from the NVR you see the image is pixelated and it is unusable, in local replay on the NVR it does not produce quite the same thing, the image jumps directly, it must be repaired but how? Do you have an idea?
