"Too short recorded video. playing failed" error on iPhone 11 pro max
Hi, I have recently had 5 Hikvision cameras installed.
3 X 4K cameras
and
2 X 5mp Cameras
5 cameras in total
Anyways
When I record footage from any of the 4k cameras via "playback", it gets saved into my "pictures and videos" fine. But, when I go to actually play the video, I get an error saying, "Too short recorded video. playing failed"
It's strange because if I record the "live" stream of any of the cameras, the playback works fine. It's only when you record previous footage.
I'm using the Hikvision app on my iPhone 11 pro max and have updated the firmware on the DVR box to the latest version. I don't know why this error is occurring? My CCTV engineer is also puzzled. He has an android phone, and it works fine on his.
Was curious about any solutions? Or if anyone else had the same issue?
