When I export a clip it consists of multiple files?

I got everything working again.

For the sake of posterity:

After the firmware update I was still unable to find the packet time setting in the NVR GUI. However, I was able to find that setting when logging into the NVR via web browser. Whether that is all I needed to do to begin with, who knows.

Unfortunately the packet time setting in the online configuration is not working... I set it to 300minutes, which is what I read the maximum was, and when that did not work I set it to 120 minutes and it is still exporting 20-30min clips in multiple files...

Would adding a micro SD card to the camera and then harvesting the files directly off of the physical card be a better solution?
