Where do I find the latest firmware for my Hikvision DS-2CD55C5G0-IZHS IP camera?

Hi, I just got this IP camera and I'm wondering from where I can download latest firmware. I tried to install firmware from this link: Firmware - Latest HikVision Firmware for R7 series of Speed Domes - V5.6.15

but it didn't install. My camera has firmware version 5.6.10

Hi,
If you check the Release Notes at that link you'll see that your camera is not listed i.e. it's not the correct firmware.

Yours is what is known as a 5-series camera.
At the foot of this page at the Hikvision portal there is a spreadsheet that list and helps you to identify the correct firmware.
It shows that your camera requires the H3.0 firmware, which can be downloaded from here:
DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL
V5.6.0 is currently the latest available version.
You can confirm that it is the correct firmware by checking that your camera is listed in the Release Notes.

Seemingly, your camera already has a newer firmware version loaded than is currently available for download at the European portal!

The UK portal does not even have V5.6 yet!
