Will the M series NVR work with the Microsoft Edge browser straight out the box without using any plugin?

I have searched the threads looking for an answer but can't find anything so far.

Am I correct and saying that the M series NVR's will work with the Microsoft Edge browser straight out the box without using any plug in?

I thought I had read this somewhere but can't find it now?

Yes, the M-series will work best in Microsoft Edge (what Hikvision recommend), but it will also work in all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc...).
