Windows Utility uses Xbox controller for Hikvision and Dahua PTZ control (XInput / ISAPI / CGI)

Howdy folks... I have created this Windows utility...

A, B, Y, X buttons select camera

Right joystick controls pan/tilt

Left joystick controls zoom

Dpad up/down controls focus

Dpad left/right controls iris

Camera presets can be selected using the other buttons as set in the utility
