IIRC we have tested up to 512MB microSD cards here at use-IP with Hikvision cameras. BTW WD say that 2TB microSD cards are imminent "this Summer". And 4TB in 2025 - mind blown!!

I can't find an explanation for what that error code means - Hikvision don't like to share them for some reason :( Perhaps try restarting / power cycling just the KH6320 screen?

Can I ask the crowd please: For CCTV at remote sites (in the UK), what 4G/5G routers and SIM cards work well? Do you just use a mainstream UK Telco SIM with unlimited data? What's a typical monthly cost for such a SIM please? Fixed IP, or not necessary? Thanks, Phil

If you can zoom-in any further then it will probably help.

As the automatic update via the App doesn't seem to be working it may be best to download the new firmware and update your NVR using a PC on the same network. The firmware can be downloaded from Hikvision's product page for your NVR here (we believe yours is a (D) model)...

Yes, just drill a hole, but if possible use a grommet or similar to line the drilled hole and prevent cable damage.

We don't have any experience with Pyronix intruder alarms here at use-IP. However, as Pyronix is now owned by Hikvision, I have moved this query from the General Discussion forum to the Hikvision forum as it's quite likely that some forum members may have relevant experience and be able to help.

We haven't seen that code before. Can you share some more info please: What's your NVR model? What firmware version is it running? What camera models? What firmware are they running? Hik-Connect on Android or IOS? What release version of Hik-Connect?
