Just installed a DS-2DE4A225IW-DE S6 to a ds 7608ni i2 8p and as the device is added to my hik connect account, i can see the presets. But the shared users can only use the joystick and zoom functions. Even in landscape mode it's not showing. Any ideas or fixes?

Hi, Just bought two 2nd gen Acusense cameras. The model on the box says DS-2CD2346G2-IU 2.8mm C Is this the newer C model or the older version? On the web interface it shows DS-2CD2346G2-IU as the model. And in terms of firmware, which one do I use G3 or G5 firmware? Thanks

I think the issue i had was that I didn’t have upnp enabled on home router and so everytime i went to playback, the connections to the nvr stayed open. So after a certain number of times i connected the nvr thought it reached maximum number of connections and so i had the restart to reset all...

You could try to login to the cameras directly using the virtual host feature, and this should allow you to set the motion detection directly on the camera.
