Can’t access my nvr, it shows as insecure on browser?

Can it be done on the NVR as I’ve never used the batch configuration tool.
Yes, you can save it to a USB stick and load it when accessing the NVR directly too.

In the top-right corner of the live view page, click on the "maintenance" button (the "i" in a circle).
Click on the upwards pointing arrow on the "version number" row in the window that appears.
Stay on the "local upgrade" page, and select your USB stock from the first dropdown.
The "digicap.dav" file should appear in the box below - click on this, and then click "upgrade".

Hi Kyle just to let you know I went back to version 3 firmware but that did not sort the problem. Having a bit of spare time this morning I thought I would try setting up two Tplink Deco 5’s that I had lying around one plugged straight into the router and one in loft with the nvr connected by cable. I can now see all cameras on hik connect and log into the nvr from sadp and browsers with no problem and I’ve no idea how or why.
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for your time and patience over the past week.
Kind regards
Ian
