Hikvision Ax Pro Fault Issues

My Ax Pro system was working fine. Then after a recent firmware update (to v1.3.0) I've been having issues.

The panel consistently comes up with perimeter and magnet detector breach faults when set or unset. The app shows no faults.

Perimeter breaches when alarm is set
  • PIRs x3
  • Magnet Detector x1
Perimeter breaches when alarm not set
  • Magnet Detector x1 (same one)
After contacting customet support I was asked to update the main panel to latest v1.3 build (250318), but I'm still having the same issues. What I have noticed.
  • When I set the alarm using the keypad it doesn't fully arm all zones. Some zones don't set, others set ok. The keypad is added as a device on all zones
  • The keypad used to set all zones with no issues before. When I unset the alarm on the keypad the panel reports the issues as above.
  • When I set using my mobile phone the alarm sets fully. I then don't get the faults when I unset by my phone again.
  • When the system is unset, at approx 7-8pm every night the panel shows up with an error which is magnetic detector perimeter breach
Is anyone having similar issues? Or any advice on what could be the issue or how to resolve.

Many thanks for any input

Hi,

I'm seeing similar behaviour in firmware 1.3.0 build 240407.

I'm getting perimeter breach for zone 1 and zone 2 on disarming.

I also have a warning light on the front panel but no faults on any device.

Did you have any luck in fixing it?

Thanks.

No luck in fixing it yet.

A few have been saying it's a firmware issue and hikvision won't take responsibility to sort it

I had an installer supply and configure my system. I suspect on this latest firmware I'll need to factory reset and configure from scratch.

I wouldn't mind attempting this myself if I had all the device QR codes to hand but I don't.

The installer will want paying to reconfigure and has introduced a minimum day rate.

So, it would be nice if Hik can fix it but it doesn't sound promising.
