We have a problem with a DS-KV8113-WME1(C) and DS-K2M061.
They are connected via rs 485 but we do not see the "access control" option in the door station module so basically it is unusable.
We have tried via web/ivms/hik-connect/hik-partner-pro, and this drop down menu for selecting rs-485 mode is not available anywhere.
The door station module has the latest firmware we've found - V2.2.78_241012_S3000642904 but still nothing.
Did someone had this issue or have an idea what it might be?
