Storage Server: No more network cameras can be added (Error code: HCNetSDK.dll[86])

I have this error popped out. There is a blackout this last midnight and then when I went to work, I saw that the PC was shut down. I opened it and the IVMS and the storage server. When I checked the playback, it is gone. I checked the storage schedule then the storage server isn't ticked. The message appeared when I saved it then this happened.

what is the ivms version and how many channels you have?

ivms-4200. i have more than 50. i add those existing channels to the server as it is probably removed
